These Retail Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline what to expect when you shop with Wallflower Market (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We’ve kept them as clear and straightforward as possible, but please take a moment to review them.

1. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions and pricing at any time without notice. Colors, materials, and dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes or display settings.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.

We accept approved payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs once your order has been processed and shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to inventory issues, errors in product information or pricing, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Wallflower Market is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

In-store pickup is available at no charge for eligible orders. Pickup details and timing will be provided after your order is placed.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from Wallflower Market. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how returns and refunds are handled:

Return Timeframe

  • Returns with a receipt made within 60 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
  • Returns made without a receipt or after 60 days are eligible for a store credit.

Refund Method

  • Purchases made with cash will receive a cash refund.
  • Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded as a credit to the original card used.
  • Store credits have no cash value and may be used toward future purchases.

Item Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging when possible.
  • Custom or personalized products are made just for you and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or defect caused by Wallflower Market.
  • Certain additional items, such as clearance or seasonal merchandise, may also be non-returnable.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Custom & Personalized Products

Custom or personalized items are created especially for you based on the details you provide – such as names, colors, text, sizes, or design selections.

When placing a custom order, please keep the following in mind:

  • Because these items are made to order, all custom sales are final once production has started.
  • We encourage you to carefully review all customization details before completing your purchase.
  • Wallflower Market cannot be responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
  • If your custom item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll gladly review the issue and work with you to find a fair solution, such as a replacement or refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and include photos and your order information. We’ll take care of the issue as quickly as possible and help arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards have no cash value and are non-refundable. Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to change and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials – including text, images, logos, and designs – is the property of Wallflower Market and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wallflower Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wallflower Market from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
