Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders via USPS, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Wallflower Market is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
In-store pickup is available at no charge for eligible orders. Pickup details and timing will be provided after your order is placed.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Wallflower Market. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how returns and refunds are handled:
Return Timeframe
- Returns with a receipt made within 60 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
- Returns made without a receipt or after 60 days are eligible for a store credit.
Refund Method
- Purchases made with cash will receive a cash refund.
- Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded as a credit to the original card used.
- Store credits have no cash value and may be used toward future purchases.
Item Conditions
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging when possible.
- Custom or personalized products are made just for you and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or defect caused by Wallflower Market.
- Certain additional items, such as clearance or seasonal merchandise, may also be non-returnable.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
